At First Ladies Farm & Sanctuary, we rescue hundreds of abandoned, abused, and neglected cats, dogs, domestic poultry, and small farm animals each year, giving them the care, compassion, and second chance they deserve. Some quickly find loving forever homes. Others, because of age, illness, injury, or disability, remain with us for life, where they are cherished as part of our sanctuary family.
Our mission extends beyond rescue. Through innovative programs like Street Strife to Farm Life, which reimagines TNVR by placing working cats at farms and businesses, and Senior Cats to Senior Laps, which helps senior citizens adopt senior pets with ongoing support, we’re creating lasting solutions that strengthen both our community and the lives of the animals we serve.
As an award-winning, woman and veteran owned 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are 100% community funded in our mission to reinvent rescue. Every donation, market purchase, volunteer hour, and visit to the farm helps rewrite another animal’s story, moving from fear and uncertainty to hope, healing, and home.
