Big Ray was found dumped in a park in St. Pete. Sitting there with his brother Charles, afraid and unable to figure out where to go or what to do. Ray is sight impaired. He gets around great but we think he can mostly see outlines and shadows. He loves head rubs and his favorite spot is on top of the warm washing machine. Must stay with his brother, Charles.
