Archie

Archie is a 2-year-old pitbull/lab/hound/boxer mix. He's an incredibly energetic and playful dog who loves fetch and tug-of-war, and he's happiest when he has a job to do or a game to play. He's highly intelligent and knows a full list of commands — he's clearly food and praise motivated and picks up new training quickly. Despite his high energy outdoors, Archie is also a great cuddle buddy at home and bonds closely with his people. He genuinely loves people and is affectionate and social with adults. Where he struggles is with children — he is not a good fit for a home with kids, and this is part of why we're reaching out.
